Pre-Registration

If you pre-register for the 10th Annual Shoot for the Cure, you will receive a $10 discount on the event price as well as a commemorative t-shirt!

• $70 and guaranteed tshirt available if you register before September 21st
• $80 if you register after September 21st

There are 2 ways that you can pre-register:


1) Register Online

You can register individually or as a team.

2) Mail your payment including the names, addresses and tshirt sizes of the participants that are pre-registering to:

Please note that golf carts will be made available on a first come first serve basis on the day of the event!

Donations

Can't attend our event on September 28, 2019 but still want to participate?  Consider a monetary donation!  Any amount would be appreciated! We are also looking for items to be donated for the bucket raffle!

There are 2 easy ways to donate:
